01 buick regal LS need some help with a sway bar replacement

Hey guys I have a 01 Buick regal ls I am doing a sway bar replacement. I have the new sway bar up on the frame. I'm just not sure the correct way to connect it to the control arm. As in the order of the bushings, or if I need to jack up the control arm. I have it jacked up now. But will it snap my end link if i tighten down like that then lower the jack. What is the procedure. Really need this car back in the road
