I recently purchased my 09 Lucerne and realized that the drivers side rear door power lock and power window don't work. I've tried using the master on the driver's door, the switch on the driver's side rear door, and the key fob, all with the same result. It's like the whole door isn't getting power. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should start to try and address this issue? I checked fuses under the rear seat, they are all good. Thank you in advance for any help

You must remove the door panel and make sure the plug is in I would say.

Yeah, that's probably a good place to start. It was getting dark so I didn't want to start that process until tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.

Check at the drivers door bellows connection and harness prior to pulling the rear door panel. This main harness inside the bellows between the door and frame can be cracked or damaged.

You can check if power is getting to the rear door at the bellows before pulling the panel.

Thank you. I will do this tomorrow.
