09' CXL 3.9 hop on takeoff and hard shifts

have an 09 CXL 3.9. on slow or dead stop take offs, the car has a huge THUMP that feels like wheel hop, as well as shifting really hard for only 90k miles. any insight as to why would be helpful

Fluid and filter change is the first step for the launch hard which probably show up after warm up. If shift is also in the 1-2-3-4 are hard TransGo kit is a option to consider.

Of course having the transmission professionally scanned may help in troubleshooting.
