09 Lucerne getting P0443 changed puge solenoid and vent solenoid

I am getting uber frustrated with this 09 Lucerne cxl 3.9. I got code p0443 and failed nj inspection. I changed the purge valve and the connector and the vent valve. Still getting the code. I unhooked the battery the light goes off until i use the remote start then it goes right back on. Anyone have any insight
