Hello I am new to these forums. I have just purchased a Buick Skylark 1980. I am in Australia and there are not many of these around and no. I have some issues with the odometer it has a yellow tag over the miles reading EMISSIONS I take it the car was from California originally. How can I clear this signal so I can actually see the correct milage for this vehicle. Any advice would be much appreciated.
