1994 Roadmaster driver front speaker panel how to

I recently purchased a pair of speaker panels for the front of my 1994 Roadmaster. Its the little panel insert that has the manual and auto lock, the door handle and the Comfort Sound II grill. Question is: how do I remove the old one to install these beauties? Do I have to remove the entire door panel or is there a secret to removing possibly the door strap and get to it that way?
