1995 Buick headlight adjustment

I have a 95 Buick Le sabre and the
drivers low beam headlight is shining up in the trees. Anyway to adjust this or if I have to take it in where do I go. I live in a small town so I don't have a dealer close . Can a service station do it or a body shop or an alignment shop.I looked at it and I see the screw but don't know how to get at it as its covered in green plastic. Would appreciate any suggestions. Are you sure the headlight assembly is positioned correctly in the mounts? Is the bulb socket installed correctly and tight in the fixture housing? If so, I can't imagine how the light would be that far out of adjustment. In order to adjust individual lights, you will need a small torx driver for adjusting the screws. The torx driver (similar to a screw driver) that would fit into the plastic cap as you described, then turn the screw in the direction required for alignment.
