Hello. I have a 1995 Buick Park Avenue Ultra and none of the door locks will unlock by either the door switch or the key fob, or by shifting out of park, but they will lock with the switch and fob after replacing a fuse and the manual switch will work. The security light also stays on for a few minutes and then goes out, which I feel might be related to this issue. I was wondering what might cause this problem as I do not feel that the actuators are bad on all of the doors. My thinking is the Body Control Module, but I am not sure. Also, the horn does not work at all, but I think that this is a fuse that I did not check. I would appreciate help on these issues.
