1996 regal gs stalling/electrical issues

My car is stalling sometimes when I use the brakes. Also sometimes at full stop. Also when first started it is hard to depress the brake if I press harder the rpms jump and car takes off like a rocket. My power locks don't always work and my interior lights sometimes stay on and kill the battery. My car has 33,000 original miles
