Hello- my wife called me frantically one day and said the manufacturer car alarm was going off by itself. A co worker pulled the fuse and the horn stopped. I assumed a new fuse was in order. Changed every fuse related to the horn and to no avail still not horn. Now the alarm still works. Just no sound and no horn. There is no “air” in the horn on the steering wheel. It’s flat. Any help would be nice

What do you mean there is "no air in the horn" on the steering wheel?
Does your wife know exactly what the coworker did or can ask?
Did you check for a missing relay, not a fuse?

Sounds like somebody beat the crap out of the steering wheel to get it to stop . ....Mike

my wife said her boss pulled the fuse to make it stop the one under the hood. I replaced that fuse and still nothing. I am thinking I may have to pull the steering wheel. But I am not certain as to what course of action to take. I have replaced all of the fuses related to the horn.

When you say the alarm works you mean the lights blink when you activate the alarm but the horn doesn't beep? Did you check to make sure he didn't unplug the horn itself? Also make sure he didn't remove a relay instead. You can run power from the battery to the horn just to rule out a bad horn. If it works and fuse and relay are good, then most likely the problem is in the steering wheel.
