2000 Century with Newer style Console!!!

To everyone who read and posted to my earlier thread about switching out the crappy center console in my 2000 Century. The armrest that is in the late 90's and 2000 centuries are a joke. Plastic fold out contraption that eventually breaks probably.

Found a great replacement here locally at a junk yard. I believe the car was a 03?? Best 25 bucks I have spent yet. Now I have 2 cupholders and two spots for smokes!!

Couldnt be happier with the newer armrest. I can't say i like those fold out ones at all. Break too easily and mine was missing to begin with so I went from holding my drink between my legs to having a dedicated spot for them!!!!

Simple to switch out and fit perfectly!!!

Good to hear the swap was simple! The newer style armrest is so much better designed than the older ones.

Did you replace the one in the rear seat also?
