2001 Buick Park Avenue, Window stuck, tabs broken on regulator

Hello, looking for information on what is causing the regulator/linkage to get bound up within the door. It broke both the plastic tabs on horizontal bar that hold window to the linkage/bar... Not sure what is binding, please advise. Motor works great, just linkage binding and not being able to attach the window to horizontal bar... Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I owned a 2001 Park Avenue for many years and sold it a few months ago. Concerning your window question, I have not actually worked on that item. Fortunately my 2001 and previously owned 1997 Park Avenue never gave a window problem. I do have a set of Factory Service Manuals for the 2001 Park Avenue that may be helpful. If you are interested, I can provide more info. Sorry that I did not have the answer to your question.

Agree.
Sounds like you need a new regulator/motor assembly, and the 2 new plastic clips that are broken.
They get glued to the window, and bolt on to the regulator.
