Lesabre 2001 Custom

Hi forum, I'm a new member and I appreciate the help overcoming this challenge! The car is 87k miles, in very good condition.

Symptoms – 2001 Buick LeSabre Custom (3.8L)

  • Vehicle was running normally with no prior issues
  • Engine cranks normally but will not start
  • Fuel pump does NOT prime when key is turned to ON
  • No click from fuel pump relay
  • Fuel pump runs when relay is bypassed / powered directly
  • Fuel pump is new
  • All related fuses check good
  • Fuel pump relay tests good and has been swapped with known good relays
  • Relay is not being energized in normal operation
  • No Check Engine Light with key ON
  • Security light is off, anti-theft not active
  • Accessories (radio, lights, etc.) function normally
  • Vehicle ran the night before; failed to start the next morning

Stored Codes (BlueDriver OBD2)

  • P0230 – Fuel Pump Primary Circuit
  • B1004 – Module power loss / keep-alive memory
  • B1327 – System voltage low
  • B1009 – Control module reset
  • C1245 / C0625 – ABS voltage-related codes
  • B2734 / B3055 – Body control voltage faults

There's a thread where you can request wiring diagrams from a member. You'll need to provide contact info, of course. Then you'll be better able to track down where the issue might be.

It sounds a lot like the key circuit failed. At this point, pull every fuse and check it, both visually and with a meter. Tedious I know, but it may reveal a "good" fuse that isn't so good. It'll also provide a chance to make sure the contacts are in good shape, not black or discolored from corrosion. And you can use some contact cleaner and dielectric grease if you want to give 'er the beans.

because theres a voltage code, can you check these codes again , charge the battrey uif you havent already? and then read them again. which ones are CURRENT and what say HISTORY
If you then want to try, delete them all and then cycle key to try and start, then read codes again and list what you get

Thank you, I will start checking, I bought a multimeter, electrician "HAT ON".

I deleted all codes, the ones stored and the new ones. Currently, these are the codes that are appearing every time I run the OBD2 tool.

So they all come up as active?

Can you take a DVOM and measure voltage at the battery with nothing on except the interior lights, then measure it at the underhood fusebox where you jump the car , report findings.
