I'm still trying to research more about this and thought it wouldn't hurt to ask here as well on the forums:

I've noticed that whenever I accelerate and my car up-shifts there is an infrequent pull/tug which I think comes from my transmission. I have added this instant shutter fix which helped some issues with my transmission. Another issue I've had which happens inconstantly is that my car also pulls/tugs whenever I release off of the accelerator. I have no idea what is causing this and haven't gone to a mechanics yet to have it investigated.

What I have found online is that the rough upshifting could possibly be from the pressure control solenoid. I'm not entirely sure on this could be the cause but I know the issue probably isn't with the transmission fluid since I've had it changed a couple years ago. Another possibility I've found is from the throttle body being dirty or malfunctioning which is causing the tugging from when releasing my foot off of the accelerator. I may just be worrying over nothing but I'm curious on if these symptoms I've noticed are ones that require attention. I would appreciate any help or words of wisdom. Thank you for reading.
