I have at least one low shock (rear), not sure how to diagnose if its the compressor or the shock itself ?

Any ideas ?

Also,
is there a problem with running without the compressor, if it turns out that it is the problem ?

Thanks, I was thinking about just putting in regular shocks of some sort, (no air ride)

So beside the kit you mentioned, could you just put in a good quality shock ?

Is there a way to test, or check to see if the compressor is working.
The link and switch don't seem to be damaged.....

A year or so ago, I remember hearing it a lot, it ran off/on quite a bit, would run for a minute, ever 10 or 15 minutes....

Thinking about it now, I haven't noticed it running at all.

Also, seems like you shouldn't have been able to hear it, but it was noisy enough o hear.

and where is it located ?

The kit includes shocks and the coil springs that go around the shocks.

The "air ride" rear suspension was designed with lower rate rear coil springs and depends on the air shock to maintain correct level height. If you use a regular shock, the rear will sag. You need to either replace the air shocks and or the compressor. You may want to consider the coil over booster shocks if you want it to be about normal level front/rear.

Hello I have an 03 LeSabre and my air compressor stopped pumping air to the shocks if I take the cover off of the relay and jump it with a toothpick it works I also noticed that the bags on my shocks have holes in them so I know at least I need to replace those what else would be my next troubleshooting

Replace the shocks and see what happens! Compressors can fail to deliver the necessary pressure, but that could be also be due to the leaks in the air system. That is a very complicated system!

Hello I have an I understand to replace the shocks. I'm just curious as to why the compressor is no longer kicking on at all unless I manually touch the relay together. It's as if maybe the Leveling Sensor is not sending the signal to tell it to come on. I'm not quite sure how it works

That is another possibility! I had the same problem about 10-yrs ago and found the level sensor not working. I took it apart and cleaned the inside with contact cleaner and have not had a problem since.

How would I go about disassembling it to clean it do I have to take it out or is it something I can do by reaching inside the tire well

Also is it something that I'm going to have to make sure I get back exactly right to get it level or is it just basically unbolt fix it and bolt back on or do I even have to unbolt it at all
