So I know this is very unorthodox but I have a junked out 02 LeSabre Limited that came with heated seats. My plan is to take these and slap them in a 1996 Ranger show truck. I have the brackets all mocked up but I was wondering if I need the electronic door modules to control them or if I can run wire to wire and control them that way? Fuses and relays will definitely be added but I'm wondering if its direct wiring or if some enginuity is involved?

IIRC, the heated seat module is located under the seat of an LeSabre from that year. That could be a very complicated conversion into a 1996 Ranger!

I pulled the wiring, the door modules, left the seat moduls attached. I think all I'm gonna do for now is just use the power seat function. Anyone know which wiring controls just the seat motors for each side? (I assume it's the larger gauge wires)

Check the Chilton manual it has schematics which will be needed.
