2003 Buick Regal roof strip removal/replacement

For a 1997-2004 Buick Regal (and Century) how does one go about removing these roof strips and replacing them? Mine are starting to fade and take on the texture of sandpaper, and recently a mint Regal turned up at the junkyard in the same colour. Its rare to see a Regal in the junkyard here let alone one with only 60k km, so I'm wondering how to take them off and replace mine without damaging or screwing up anything.
