2003 Tail Light bar has water

😕 How does water get into the tail light bar? It has been raining here and the car has been outside in the rain, but it should not collect water - about half full!. Shorted one bulb already.

Is there a good sealant to use around the red lens and the black back? No visible cracks or breaks.

I have the bar off the car. (10 mm nuts seven of them.) Cleaning the dust!

The leak has to be on the top side since the water is staying in the light bar - you might try a hose along the top and see if the level increases.
