Car started misfiring on the way to work, running really rough. Got codes P0204 and P0304, as well as the 'service traction control and service stabilitrak' messages.
I checked the cylinder 4 injector with a noid light and the light is constantly on when the engine is running, the other injector lights blink as expected.
The high 12V wire reads fine, so I think it's the ground wire. Not sure if it's a short in the wire or an issue with the computer.
Ended up tracing the injector wires back to the ECU, I tested them there and they were running fine, blinking when the engine was cranked. I tested the injector again and it was working. Put everything back together and drove it around, it worked fine.
Went to start it this morning and no go, same issue. Any suggestions? If it's a short to ground in the wiring, where the heck do I start to look for it? I really hope I don't need to replace the computer.
