2008 Lacrosse CX Throttle Body

My 08 3.8 with 61,000 miles needs a new throttle body. GM has discontinued part 19420718. Spent the last 2 months searching the internet and haven’t found anything worth buying. Only thing I did find was a part store in Canada that sells them but only ships within Canada. Anyone here have any ideas on where to find one or are they rebuildable ?

I found them at AutoZone or Advance or O’Reilly’s Autoparts but Advance was the cheapest one where I live it’s $303.99.

Look on eBay they are on there and a lot cheaper.

The OP is looking for a TB for a 3.8 which are hard to find! The 3.6 TB is available almost everywhere. There has to be a difference in the two. JY may be the best option!

Go through the diagnosis steps for your codes to make sure that there is not another problem.

I don't know if they are buried here or a pro manual would have them (I think Chiltons and Mitchell have consumer options that are cheap for a week or month).

Maybe there are rebuild kits or shops that specialize in these.
