2010 Body Panel/Bumper Adjustments?

Buick Ownership
2010 Lacrosse CXL
The rear bumper on my 2010 bulges out on both sides of the car. It looks like the whole bumper is misaligned toward the rear about 3/8" - 1/4". I'm sure that if I could correct this, it would remove the buckling.

Does anyone have a solution on how to make this adjustment?
