I just purchased a 2010 Lucerne Bluetooth enabled but am having extreme difficulty setting up. I follow the directions as laid out in the owners manual. System does not recognize the words "bluetooth" and "pair" when I try to set up the system. Has anyone else encountered this? (Originally car was sold in Quebec and I contacted OnStar to have all voice prompts changed to english) OnStar works fine. Trying to pair my iPhone5.
