Trying to replace DRL and cannot find anything on how to or even where it's located??? DRL went out and a few days later HID high beam low beam headlight goes out... Crazy thing is its not the bulb... put the bulb on the other side and it worked... thinking it might be something electrical.. any advice? ideas? anything.....

Pretty sure our DRL's are the HID's themselves, unless you're referring to the LED Eyebrows?

Probably the ballast if Its the HIDS but not the bulb (which as stated, are also the drls)

Assuming you've checked fuses for it

So replaced the ballast and the headlights are working but the DRL's are still out? Yes the fuses weren't the issue. Could it be the entire assembly? Switched the headlights on both sides and they seem to both work.

So I ordered the ballast through ebay, guys name is nycountedgood and it only cost 56.00 which is the cheapest and shipping is 30.00 and you can get it next day as long as ordered before noon I believe eastern time. Product is good quality, shipping time is great, and cost is pretty much cheapest Ive researched. He also does other car parts.

DRLs as in the eyebrows or the hids acting as drls (if it's he latter, I think I have he same problem I could of sworn the HIDS lit up for drl but now it doesn't and I chalked it up to me being crazy)

The Eyebrows are the DRL's, to remove the headlamp assembly, you have to remove the front bumper.

I've pulled the headlamp assembly and actually still have one in my garage I do not see anybspor to access the eyebrows. There's a turn signal bulb and hid bulb

I’m having the same exact problem bought a used headlight assembly and still no white DRL or eyebrow..going to buy new and home it cures it..

Any moisture in the housing? They’re known for it and it fries the ballasts and circuits for the DRLs. The DRL isn’t serviceable either. It’s an LED circuit mounted inside the housing. Keep in mind the DRL is only going to come on if the vehicle is in gear (manual) with parking brake off OR in a position other than park (auto) with park brake off.
