2012 Buick Verano - shaking when in drive and idling at red light

So recently my Verano after about 20 mins of driving from a fresh start up, will shake back and forth while idling at a red light. At first there was no error code, however the other night I received a P0089 error code and let my mech know - we replaced the High pressure fuel pump as well as the fuel line, picked it up today and drove for about 10 mins before experiencing the same issue.

No error codes this time, just curious if anyone else has dealt with this issue of being rocked around inside the cabin when at a redlight.

When I accelerate the car runs perfectly fine, no loss of power, no hesitation, nothing.

When in neutral, the cabin doesn't shake, however I can somewhat feel/hear the engine shaking.

Doesn't look like the mount is an issue, any other thoughts or guidance?

Having the same issue with different codes.. happened right after I cleaned the PCV orifice in the intake manifold.. Stupid torque wrench was way off and ended up snapping the middle bolt with half the bolt still in the block. Shop wanted $350 to remove the bolt and I declined. I figured I had a vacuum leak but sprayed carb cleaner everywhere and didn't notice any increase in idle. First started with p0172 then recently got p0300.. Had no codes but I connected my OBD2 and it triggered the check engine light along with the 2 codes listed.. Spark plugs are due and will be changing them later today.. going to also try seafoam via throttle body and ISO-Heet just incase I got a bad batch of gas.
