My car has been at the dealership for repair for almost a week. They've updated the computer system on it. I've been back 3 times for testing with my IPhone 4S, but to no avail. We've cleared all bluetooth connections from the phone, rebooted it and re-paired it with the car successful. The contacts from the phone loads onto the phone book on the car successfully, but when we go to make a hands free call, the system does not recognize the contacts in the phone book. However, when we manually tell it to dial a number, it works just fine. So we've ruled out the microphone. We've tried other phones on my car and they too experience the same issue. We've tried my phone on other cars and it works perfectly fine. So, the problem seems to be a disconnect between the hands free system and the phone book. Can you please advise on a fix asap?
