I recently bought a used 2013 Buick Encore that had an issue with the Intellilink screen. I have replaced the screen with a new one and to no avail. I then replaced the radio and still having the same issue. The screen is receiving power because I can see some white light behind the screen and the backup camera rarely works but the radio never does. I have checked for the fuses and still can’t find the issue. Any recommendations on what I should look for?
