Hi All!
I am new to the forum and was hoping for some help/guidance! I recently got a 2013 Lacrosse with E-Assist and really love it, the only issue I have found in my car is that the AC periodically blows much warmer air than what is chosen on the dash, has anyone run into this issue? the dealer says it is operating as it should, but I find it hard to believe this is how it works!

Thanks,
Dustin

On my 11, if it's cloudy or dark or the outside temp is low, it will blow warmer air. I think it's trying to be a little too smart and assumes that if it's dark, then it's cold outside which is not always the case. Bottom line, although it's annoying, I'd say that it's normal - at least the way mine is working.
