I am in need of some help with my 2013 Buick Verano. I have the passive entry system where you keep your key in your pocket and push a button on the door handle and it locks/unlocks. My passenger side passive entry though is having some issues. Sometimes the front passenger works and sometimes it doesn’t and my rear passenger side never works. My driver side two doors work perfectly. I changed both batteries in each key fob and tried both key fobs and no luck. If I use the key fob’s buttons they all work. When I walk away from the car with the key it automatically locks like normal. Any help?

Did you look in the owners manual under personalization if there are options as to which doors lock/unlock?

Hello,
I changed a few different options it the door unlock/lock settings and then did a reset of settings. Unfortunately this didn’t make a difference.

I have same problem with the difference that the problem is on driver door, but everything else works perfect

now only my rear passenger one doesn’t work. Some how my front passenger is now working again. Could this be just a bad button on the door handle?

I have no idea, I am just trying to figure out to see what I do with mine.

I had the same problem with my drivers side acting up at first then gradually not working at all. Instead of spending upwards of $135 at the dealership(parts only, u can't get just the button but the whole door handle) I decided to swap with the passenger side as I never use the button on that side. A lot of work but it cost nothing just your time. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I will research more into this.
