My 2013 would only rev in D.
Only code is P2723 (Solenoid E Stuck Off)
Trans shop said it "needs a new transmission" ($6700 for a remanufactured transmission all-in at the transmission shop)
Can get a used one installed at bootleg garage for about $2500.
I found an appropriate used TEHCM with a valve body for sale on eBay for $130 and said "It's worth a shot."
I had previously removed the TECHM and I am prepared to replace it with a one I bought, but I am trying to figure out if I should swap out the valve body as well.
I really have no idea what is wrong with the transmission, and removing the valve body doesn't seem too hard.
How likely is is that my problem is actually in the valve body and valve body?
So, should I replace the valve body as well, now that I have everything apart?
