2013 turbo manual Need help please

NEED HELP , I have a 13 turbo manual , I installed a K&N full intake . eventually got a CEL ,only to find the turbo bearings were bad . cleared CEL . replaced turbo and recirc valve with a Forge unit and put in yellow spring ,discovered maf was coated with oil from the filter , went back to stock airbox , changed MAF . reset codes . now cel and no boost . any ideas what is going on

current codes are P0299 ,P1101 ,P0101

Two of those codes are pointing to a MAF issue, have you run any tests on the connection to the MAF?

MAF is brand new ,

But did you test the electrical connections to the MAF?
Did you look up what the codes mean?

My mechanic found the problem , turn out there was a crack in the tube from the outlet compressor side of the turbo . it is all fixed and the car is now running as it should .
