2014 Buick Verano transmission shifter button, not knob.

My transmission shifter button has fallen off and have to use rubber band to hold button in place to to work. Can we fix this ourselves? Not sure what part to order. Can anyone advise.

Try a salvage yard or a Buick dealer. Buick may sell only a complete knob assembly.

Walmart and Amazon sell it for about $13. I put in a cotterpin in my broken one and still have new knob to see how long it will last; that was 3 years ago and I haven't put in new knob, I just keep in glove box in case it fail.
