2014 Enclave bluetooth microphone issue

our 2014 Enclave Bluetooth microphone has recently started producing loud background noise that is audible to the person calling, almost like loud street noise. it makes you feel like you have to yell at the person in the car for them to hear you, but they don't hear the noise, only the caller hears it. Is this a replaceable item? I know I could purchase a whole new system from an outside store but they'd likely not replace that microphone, only wire to it for the new system. Any tips are helpful

I also have a 2014 Buick enclave and have been struggling with the caller hearing muffled sound, it sounds like I’m underwater. I can hear them but they can not hear me. I would think that GM would fix this with no charge. It’s not like it is our fault. So frustrating
