2014 Enclave rear seat removal

I need to remove the seat directly behind the driver's seat in a 2014 Enclave. I've looked in the manual and online, but haven't found a solid resource with instructions on how to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated and TIA.

Have to pull plastic trim around tracks and there’s a total of 7 bolts 15mm bolts 4 in the back and 3 in the front
