I just bought a new 2016 Buick Lacrosse and noticing some issues with transmission shifts. The transmission shifts are not smooth and I can feel each time transmission is changed. I am not driving above 2500 rpm. i noticed the same during my test drive but sales rep said it happens until 300 Miles for the engine to break in. Just wondering if it's true and it goes away with usage. Please let me know your thoughts.

I have a 2015 Lacrosse I purchased new and I never had that problem sounds to me it a salesman trying to make a sale, if I were you I would walk away from that dealership?

I wouldn't buy into this too quickly.

Easy enough to test -- grab the sales rep and another car (same make/model of course) off the lot and try a test drive.
