2016 Cascada power window problems

Hello been working on this car was in an accident... can not get the power windows to calibrate...express down works on all of them... I have a cd manual on the car but what it says to do i cannot get it todo... I bought another body control module off e-bay same thing.....at a loss need help willing to pay need to get this done....willing to do whatever it takes....

What parts were replaced and repairs done from the accident? May have something to do with your problem

Have you tried the recalibration by pressing each window individually down and hold for 3 seconds then up and hold for 3 seconds?
