2017 Buick Regal 2.0l turbo

I have a Regal sport touring that has a P0299 code that has been to several local shops and had the parts cannon throwed at it. I was wondering if anybody has had the same issue and what was the common failure on this vehicle. It sets a variaty of codes that set with the P0299, including P1101. Thanks for any help.

Checked for obstructions or leaks in intake or exhaust?

How about the turbo wastegate position?
