2019 Regal Sportback AC Buzzing in the Cabin

Does anyone have any experience diagnosing the AC buzzing sound in the cabin of these cars?

There was an older thread with a similar question but it no one really reached a consensus on the solution. One person said it was fixed after adjusting the AC lines so that they were further away from any other parts, others said that it was a resonance problem with no solution.

Dealer is trying to pretend the problem isn't there even though they get to send the diagnostic and repair bill to GM on warranty.
