Hi, I'll be replacing rear control arm bushings ('91 PA). To do that the spring must be removed and manual calls to replace the insulators and also for a special tool to jack up the arm.

1. I don't see insulators for the rear spring in stock anymore. Are there any alternatives? My car has 155k miles so they def will be bad once I take out the spring.
2. About removing the arm - there's not much online for this model but maybe someone who did this job can share how to do that without this step "Place tool J-23028-01 in position to cradle control arm bushings"?
Any info very much appreciated!
