91 riviera battery drain/security light

I have a 91 riviera and after 2 or 3 days the battery is dead. I took a multimeter between the ground cable and the battery ground and the drain was jumping back and forth between 40 and 100 mA. I removed the fuses one by one to see what made it go away and found that it was the BCM/IP fuse. The security light flashes on the instrument panel just like the drain jumps back and forth. on and off. I had previously bypassed the security with a bypass resister module. but the security light never goes out. I am dumbfounded. Please help.
