I have a 91 Custom with the digital speedo and analog gas gauge. If I bought the 92 gauge cluster (all analog with temp and oil pressure ect) with the trim piece. What all would I have to do to make it work?

No clue. But will be interested to hear if anyone knows or has done it.
With such a difference, it would be a surprise if they just swap directly and nothing other than perhaps a different speed sensor is needed. If that.
But that's wishful thinking at this point.

Good luck.
You just trying to get rid of the digital stuff, or is there something wrong with it now?

Just tryin to get rid of the digital stuff, not informative enough. Being a car person and lovin my regal Its better to know temp and oil pressure. Things like that

They are not plug and play, to make the other gauge cluster work, you need to get a wiring diagram for both clusters and start rewiring. Also you need sensors for the oil pressure and temp gauges as the ones it has are for the dummy lights GM don't make it easy to switch digital to analog. I have had several GM cars had analog gauges in it and had the option for digital gauges and I looked into converting them but alas no dice

You are better off adding a few small aftermarket gauges for temp and oil
