93 Buick Skylark 3.3 L V6 won't shift from 2nd gear and stalls when I stop

I have a 93 Buick Skylark I had bad gas ran through it before I bought it. Went through it all and got it running again, but it was stalling every time I stop. Replaced the TSS solenoid. Now it will not shift out of second gear and still stalls when I stop.
**Side note: when dealing with the fuel lines, I replaced; Spark plugs, MAF sensor, throttle positioning sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump, and all ignition coils

Sounds like a bad torque converter.

You mean the torque converter clutch solenoid (TCC). If the converter clutch isn't unlocking, that will cause the stalls when coming to a stop.

Yes, apologies, I meant the TCC. The car would stall when i slowed or stopped. Saw on a forum that it was TCC. So, that was the last part I replaced. It shifted fine before I changed that part.

UPDATE: I unplugged the MAF sensor last night and drove it around. Did not stall one time. I'm assuming that would be the reason for that problem. Still stuck on why it will not shift out of second gear though.

Check to see if the transmission uses a vacuum modulator. If it does, make sure the vacuum supply to it is good, and that the modulator holds vacuum, and there is no ATF on the vacuum side.

After I installed the new MAF sensor, the car ran fine .....for about 30 min. Then I how to unplug the map sensor again in order to keep the car running. I know I shouldn't be but I've been driving it that way for about 2 weeks. Now just stalling has gotten worse.

Car got to a point that it would not start. It would crank but most of the time the starter would just spin. When it grabbed, it would only crank for a second and then spin. Replaced the crankshaft position sensor. Now starter does not just spin anymore, but car still won't start. Is it possible that the timing could be off?

An engine needs Air, Fuel, and Spark to run. Figure out which you are missing. Ignition timing is controlled by the computer.
