I'm in need of help identifying and replacing a part of the the turn switch. I tried to take the switch out but failed. Instead of pulling hard to get the piece I wanted out I tried to separate the steering column shroud to gain access to the switch lever, In the process this black piece fell out and I don't know where it goes. Can anyone help me identify this piece and fix it?
everything was working when I started, (The lever was bent,making it hard to use the wiper's sprayer) and now the headlights are stuck in high beam and I have no wiper function. The actual turn signal works.
