I think I have an electrical short that's preventing my fuel pump from working (no longer hear it priming when turning the key) and is draining my battery while the car's not running (dead after 24 hours in driveway; new battery, same thing again; no priming first day, dead battery next morning) and causes severe sparking at the engine block connection when trying to jump start (gave up on jump start for fear of exploding battery).
Does this help narrow down where exactly the electrical problem is? I haven't done the relay test or any other investigating yet, because of rain (car's in the driveway).
