95 Riviera PROM

I have a 95 Riviera and cannot connect to the ECM to read anything, My Gm tech has spent countless hours checking wires and grounds and has come up empty handed. He is sure the PROM is screwed, any thoughts from anyone?

The PROM is not screwed, but maybe the PCM took a dump. I assume you were using an OBD1 capable scanner with the OBD11 connector?

I have an Actron CP9145 which will read the OBD 1.5, and I did test it on another 95 Riviera to make sure. There is no communication with the PCM. I do also have another flashed PCM from Flash Masters as well and same thing. At one time I had 3 master GM techs on it and they all come up with the PROM . They only thing I haven't tried is asking the other Riviera owner if I can pull there PCM and letting me try it in mine.

I would get behind the DLC and make sure none of the wires going into the back of it are damaged or broken. I've seen that before.
