A/C blowing out of top and bottom only and fan sounds weak

My A/c is acting up. I had the compressor replaced a year ago and it worked great but yesterday the a/c would not blow out of the main vents unless I had it in recirculate mode. Auto just has it blowing weakly out of the top and bottom and the fan sounds weak. In recirculate it blows strong and cold out of main vents only. Is it a computer thing or an actuator?
