Ac does not always blow cold but is fully charged

I have this problem with my air conditioner it is fully charged and does not blow cold sometimes I don't understand it can can someone please help me it is a 2012 Buick verano

I have replaced the climate control module and looking for the relay location on for that and a 2012 Buick verano can you help me find the location for it it will not blow but lights up

how can I verify that the climate control I put in works good. I am not sure what the high and low pressure readings are or the air temperature because I have not checked them in a little while and I'm on the road right now and need to have defrost and heater is pouring rain here and snowing just trying to check the location for the relay on it so I can verify it work and the fuse is good

Of coarse if A/C has too much Freon it will shut off on hi-pressure limit switch. Will cycle cold/hot as gas condenses-compresses.
