Aduptive Cruise control Problem

Hi every body!
I have bought a 2014 Buick lacrosse around 2 month ago. and I found a problem which is happen occasionally when I want to use cruise control.
Some times the cruise control does not set. When it happen I have to wait for minutes then when i set again it works. pushing break will dis-activate the cruise control and when I try to set it again it does not set. again I have to wait for some minutes.
I do not have this problem all the times, it happens once or twice per week.
I went to the dealer service, but during 30 miles test drive the problem did not show up. so they could not diagnose the problem.
I am wondering does any body else had this problem?
How this problem being solved?

After 3 times finally Problem is solved with reprogramming.
any way! if you see these kind of problem in your car ask dealer to reprogram your car.
I think Buick need to upgrade the program.
