Aftermarket support - looking for someone who could make custom parts?

I have the 2013 Turbo Prem 3 regal and was looking to add a few visual mods to make the car look more aggressive. More specifically I was thinking about doing things like changing the grill out for a different but I am having trouble finding one that fits what I am looking for. all the ones I find are either ones that have an emblem delete which I am not really a fan of and then some others from Opel that I don't really like. the only one I do like is the OPC style one but I cant find a OPC style one anywhere really and I am worried that I wont be able to swap the emblem out with the Buick one. I have come to the point where I am considering the possibility of getting some parts custom made so if anyone knows a person or a company that could do this that they would recommend that would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for other recommendations for other visual mods that I could to the car that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg like lowering the car and putting new wheels on it ( I am considering that for future mods but I cant really do that right now ). if anyone has any recommendations that would be a lot of help.
