Buick Ownership
2013 Buick Verano
2013 Verano is set up for the homelink but Buick did not install the wiring.
Has anyone put in OEM homelink and how did you wire it?

What do you mean it is "setup" for homelink? You have the three homelink buttons on the headliner?

I should have clarified, The 2013 verano did not have a factory installed Homelink option. I spoke to the guy in Buick dealer parts and was told it was 2014 and newer. I took the my roof consule down and is set up for a homelink
I got the transmiter and buttons from ebay. It's the same bracket in my 2013. Top 2 pictures are Verano with transmitter and buttons I purchased. Bottom picture is from a Lacrosse, same transmitter and connector.
There are 3 wires, ground, 12v, and lights. Although the mounting bracket is there the wiring harness is not.
My question would be where to wire it in?

Maybe the reason it's not on the 13 is because there's nothing to wire it in to!
