Anyone know what could cause p0299 and P0113

2011 Buick regal 2.0 turbo , turbocharger cuts out at high throttle , I cut vehicle off and back on and turbocharger works again,I smoke tested for leaks and verified there’s none

turbo needs to be replaced

Could be an issue with the waste gate.
